parents and families in Wilmington and lower Delaware , as well as
Maryland's Eastern Shore with their educational assessment needs.
Contractual School Psychology services in consultation with building staff
are also available in Maryland
Our mission is to provide meaningful delivery of educational and
psychological assessment services in a positive, child centered voice to
parents and school systems.
